Clover Creek Cheese Cellar Clover Truckle

Clover Creek Cheese Cellar  is a family dairy farm located on scenic Clover Creek in Central PA where they produce their own artisan cheese, raw milk, and grass-fed beef. The operation is grass based, which means that the cows are outside in the fresh air, eating grass and other fresh plants all summer. In the winter they eat dry hay. 

The Clover Truckle is a English style bandaged wrapped  Cheddar formed in 25 lb "Truckles"
