Brown Bear with Honey Pot Porcelain Limoges Box

A brown bear has found a pot of honey and looks ready to enjoy every drop. This hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, made in Limoges, France, captures the sweet tooth of the forest's most famous forager.

A Paw in the Honey Pot

Bears and honey are a pairing that storybooks made famous, and this one plays the part with gusto. The bear's fur and the golden honey pot are painted by hand, so each piece has its own warm shading and expression.

Woodland Neighbors

Group it with deer, fox, owl and beehive pieces for a woodland shelf, or with teddy bears for a softer bear collection. It looks right at home in a mountain cabin, a lodge style den or a kitchen with a honey jar on the counter.

Sweet Occasions

• Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
• A fun present for a beekeeper or honey farmer
• A friendly pick for a bear collector or a national park fan

It also makes a lighthearted thank-you for someone who is always sweet to everyone, or a birthday present for a friend with a famous sweet tooth. Visitors to Yellowstone or the Smoky Mountains often like a bear to remember their trip.
